Kate Munger, founder of the Threshold Choir, will host an evening of singing together in circle, on the night before our third pilgrimage walk in Point Reyes National Seashore (see Seasonal Pilgrimages). This is the third (in a series of four) song circles, led by local and regional singers. The intention is to be together, weaving voices and connecting hearts. Every voice is welcome and no prior singing experience is required.

In 2000, Kate founded the Threshold Choir, choral singers who are called to sing at the bedsides of people who are dying, in coma, newborns, children in hospital and with folks who are grieving or incarcerated. In honoring its innovative mission, the Threshold Choir has re-imagined what true service can look like; healing the giver as it offers comfort, presence and ease for the receiver. There are currently 220 Threshold Choir groups worldwide.
